My 10 day quit socks are purple knee high and rich in soft wool they have little angels on them and they set off little chime sounds when I make another decision not to give in to a craving. Those are my quit socks!!!!
Thanks to all of you I made 10 days actually I came on to the Quit because I felt a melt down coming on.....saw your request and began to feel a bit more in control of my mood.
