Cigarette Ingredients
Repost ~ / Quote ~ from misty101 11/05 ~
Are things going a bit "ruff" ~~ hmmm~~ wonder why?
With
all the herbicides, agricultural changes, manufacturing changes, etc., sik stix were much much more than "just" nicotine!
Perhaps
this shall help ye realize why yer body shall be going through withdrawal pangs (no, quittin' is NOT just "habit" nor a "social
change") ~ all these toxins and carcinogens are in each sick stick!!! We've been poisoned, slowly, for years! And our internal
organs need time to heal.
Meanwhile, we shall suffer the metabolic, emotional angst and other roller coaster rides.
We just need to have the "tools" on hand to counter-attack any notion or nudge from that ole nicodemon! Truly!
So,
please buckle up, hug yer loved ones and tell them that ye will be experiencin' some changes ~ and yer spouse/loved ones,
especially, perhaps may begin to understand what might be behind some of any sudden rages or emotional outbursts that ye might
have.
No, not everyone has them...but when they hit, well, DUCK!!! lol ... And, keep a sense of humor! It shall serve
ye well. And please pay attention to when ye need quietude or solitude.
'Tis awfully ruff to "run around" every day
sayin' "i'm sorry...." Sometimes when we get hit with the heebie jeebies, etc., it just may be better to say "oh, let me think
for a minute..." and excuse yerself while ye seek that inner calm, ok?
Tis is rather long.... ~RECIPE WARNING~ From misty101 on 11/22/2005 4:03:52 PM If ever we needed reminding
~ please watch out: the Nicodemon may try to trick you with his Recipe for Disease, Disability and Disaster:
After
reading this, i think i'll opt for the pie: the whole thing...just keep this cr&p away from me ~ toss this recipe in the
Dungeon ~ HAZMAT DEPT!

even a puff of one of those Toxic Stix!
And please be patient with yerself. Give yer body time to heal! Yes, yer gonna
hit some ruff patches ~ that's a sign of yer innards withdrawin' from the effects of YEARS of bein' slowly poisoned.
Add antioxidants to yer diet and drink lots of water, cran juice, and take
a good multi vitamin if ye can. And exercise. The faster ye can get those poisons outta yer system... the better yer gonna
feel! Honest!
So Happy smoke free Thanksgiving ~ enjoy!
KTQ ~ enjoy a long, smoke free life
