If ye’ve been to the Bonfires held on Quitstop each night durin’ the past few weeks, ye’ve probably seen us buildin’ a Mosaic Motorcycle in Tribute to tony1951/Tony!

We’ve been gathering the shards from the 8-month anniversary ash tray tosses and using them as mosaics. The unveiling of the Mosaic Motorcycle Tribute will be at the Bonfire on 2/21/07, hosted by Toyrango/Jody and AniCat/Anni.

Why a motorcycle? Tony loved his 2 BMW Motorcycles ~~ even after his weddin’, the chosen form of transportation for the bride & groom wasn’t a limo … but a red BMW Motorcycle!

** IF ye have been smoke-free for more than 8 months ~ please reply by lettin’ us know a few of the colors of yer shards from yer ash trays.

** IF yer a Newbie, a Toddler, A Tweener, Elder – any stage along the Journey, please reply by lettin’ us know the color of YOUR FUTURE SHARDS ~~ those favorite ash trays that yer no longer usin’….

These colors ~ of yer ash trays ~ will form the gravel that the Mosaic Motorcycle stands on. These symbolize that the Qsters … each person at the beginnin’ of their Journey is literally learnin’ at the foundation of one of the guiding principles toward a Smoke Free Life: N.O.P.E. ~~ Not One Puff Ever! Much sentiment and symbolism is represented in the Tribute to Tony51/Tony ~~ and YOU ~ the Newbies, the Qsters ~ are the most important part of this Journey ~ we all begin on Day 1. And we continue to KTQ, and help each other to maintain & sustain the quit, each day ~

i’ll reply first ~ to help ye get started ~~ my shards are made of marble – gold with white striates, and the other is Kyanite ~ blue with white, gray & black crystals. The shards of my crystal, and other ash trays have already been used in other aspects of the Mosaic Motorcycle Tribute.
